Within one business day of reserving a spot, our production manager will call you to discuss color options and a potential start date. During this call, we will also address any other concerns or details that need to be handled before we begin work on your home.
Step 3
2-4 weeks prior to the beginning date, test patches will be done to guarantee you like your color choice.
Step 4
In the week leading up to the job, you can expect updates via phone regarding the estimated start date and any changes due to weather or unexpected delays in our schedule.
Step 5
Before starting the work, we will thoroughly wash your house. Throughout the project, we will inform you each day about our start times and keep you updated on our progress. We will also discuss any concerns with you daily to address them promptly.
Step 6
At the end of the job, we'll walk through the house with you to address any final details before requesting the final payment. We'd also appreciate it if you could complete a brief survey about your experience, as your feedback is very important to us.
